The Four Strings Academy is now located at The English School in Jamaica Plain, Massachusetts. The program is geared to students ages 8 to 18, who are dedicated to becoming professional musicians. The program also has beginner instruction levels ages 4-8 for both Celli and Violin. The daily schedule includes private and group lessons, violin ensemble, scale class, ear and rhythmic training, music history, music theory, and Dalcroze eurhythmics. There are also seminars featuring different aspects of music performance, theatre, and the art of musical etiquette. Students attend master classes with noted professional instrumentalists. Previous year's professionals were Diane Monroe and Sophie Vilker.
